Sadly have to sell my brand new one off design wedding gown, Selling tips?

I have to sadly sell my brand new one off design wedding gown that has never been worn and will not be able to be worn because we found out i am almost 10 weeks pregnant =]. Anyone have any selling tips they could share? The dress is a bodice and full skirt made of organza and satin, i paid 3,400 for it and the dress is also a one off design. I love looking at used wedding dresses online, especially oncewed.com and preownedweddingdresses.com and recycledbride.com. Those are sites where you can post the dress, the price you paid, your asking price, dress size, your measurements/street size, its condition (worn, new w/ tags, etc), and a description.
I would suggest listing it for $3000. If no one seems to be interested, change it to $2700 or something. Some brides may respond offering you a lower offer, some may take the one you have up. I think that $2000, though, is a bit unreasonable for a new dress like that…
